Cabin facilities vary between cruise lines and may even differ across the fleet, however almost all staterooms will include a hairdryer, TV, telephone, fridge, safe, wardrobe and drawer space. Air-conditioning and a daily cabin service is almost always offered too. Cruise lines provide complimentary toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and soap, and these are replenished throughout your cruise. Towels are also provided and will be replaced each day by your cabin steward.
Many cruise lines that sail from the UK will offer tea and coffee making facilities in cabins, including British cruise line P&O Cruises, who offer these facilities throughout the fleet. Cruise lines such as Celebrity Cruises often provide tea and coffee facilities when cruising from the UK, but not on fly cruises and on other ships based around the world.
Higher grade cabins and suites often feature additional facilities, from pillow menus to grand pianos that play themselves!
