Room Service

Most cruise lines offer room service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, though operating times may vary depending on the operator you are travelling with. A room service menu can be found in your stateroom, detailing all available items and any necessary time restrictions.

Your stateroom phone will feature a dedicated button to call for room service and some cruise lines, including P&O CruisesCelebrity CruisesNorwegian Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean, may also provide interactive TV screens in staterooms to allow passengers to order room service via their TV.

Most cruise lines offer complimentary room service, though some items may incur a charge depending on which operator you are travelling with. Any charges will usually be indicated on the room service menu.

Passengers should be aware that room service is not always available on certain cruise types, such as on board expedition ships.
