Cunard Fashion Week has been and gone, so we thought we would share a behind the scenes look at what was undoubtedly the most fashionable way to arrive at September’s New York Fashion Week.
The special event cruise, which will be repeated in 2017 after such great success, featured some of fashion’s most reputable names, including Dame Zandra Rhodes DBE, founder of New York Fashion Week Fern Mallis, fashion writer and historian Colin McDowell MBE, and Consultant to the International Fashion Industry, Gail Sackloff OBE.
During the event, Cunard showcased collections from graduates of the world’s most famous fashion college, The Royal College of Art, and emerging new faces from one of London’s top modelling agencies, STORM. The QM2 Transatlantic Fashion Week incorporated fashion shows, fashion exhibitions, audiences with special guests, talks and hosted dinners.
Here’s a closer look behind-the-scenes on the most sartorial sailing of the year.
