Emerald Cruises Orders 3 New Ships

Emerald Cruises has revealed plans for two new superyachts and a river ship, which will be introduced to the fleet in 2027.

The cruise line is set to launch two innovative superyachts named Emerald Raiya and Emerald Xara. Both will feature spacious all-suite accommodations, extensive Sky Decks with secluded cabanas and views, as well as a swim-up marina platform for direct ocean access.

Signature features will include an outdoor exercise area, the opulent Elements Spa, a variety of dining options offering local dishes, and a collection of water toys such as paddleboards and SeaBobs. Each yacht will accommodate 128 guests and offer all-suite accommodations.

This announcement builds upon the forthcoming launches of Emerald Kaia and Emerald Astra, both scheduled for April 2026.

In addition to the superyachts, Emerald Cruises will also launch a brand-new river ship to be based on the Seine. Emerald Lumi will be a custom-designed ship created specifically for this waterway, offering experiences from Paris through Normandy and beyond, visiting towns including Honfleur and Rouen.
