Fred. Olsen will hold the first reunion of its new-look fleet next year, when all four of the ships set to come together in Funchal, Madeira. The event, planned for November 2023, will see Bolette, Borealis, Balmoral and Braemar set sail on four different cruises following a quayside fiesta.
Peter Deer, Managing Director of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, commented: “Our teams here are already busy curating a programme of events, and will be working very closely with the team in the Port of Funchal to ensure it is a truly memorable day for all.
“Of course, while our Fleet in Funchal event will undoubtedly be a highlight, each ship will be embarking on its own adventure, offering guests the chance to enjoy warmer climates during the British winter.
“Whether you would like to island hop to discover many of the Canary Islands, experience the diverse nature of the Azores, immerse yourself in the Moroccan culture or explore many historical sites of Spain and Portugal, there will be plenty to delight your inner explorer in the days leading up to our special celebration.”
This will be the third time the cruise line has held a fleet reunion.
