Main Dining Room

Decorated in tones of red and gold, complete with a two storey wine tower and sweeping sea-views the Dining Room is set over two levels.

Grand Dutch Cafe

The stylish Grand Dutch Café has been inspired by blue and white Delftware.

Pinnacle Grill

The elegant Pinnacle Grill offers delicious Pacific North West cuisine served on Bulgari China, Riedel stemware and Frette linens.
