MSC Rolls Out Updated Loyalty Programme

MSC Cruises is enhancing its loyalty programme, the MSC Voyagers Club, to offer greater rewards for guests who frequently sail with the company.

A premier loyalty tier, named Blue Diamond, is being introduced for the most loyal passengers, which will be positioned above the existing tiers: Classic, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. The Blue Diamond tier offers a variety of additional exclusive advantages:

  • A flexible check-in time, which includes priority embarkation and a dedicated luggage drop-off service – via the MSC Yacht Club check-in desk
  • My Choice dining – allowing guests to dine anytime within the main restaurant’s opening hours
  • A free browse internet package – one device, per member
  • Free shuttle bus tickets in selected ports
  • Meet and greet with the ship’s captain or an officer
  • Priority embarkation and access to tender services in port

These perks are in addition to the benefits available at the Diamond tier, with both Diamond and Blue Diamond members receiving top priority for cabin upgrades when available. Exclusively achieved through sailing with MSC Cruises, the Blue Diamond tier cannot be accessed through programmes like the Status Match Programme, ensuring it rewards the most dedicated passengers.

For all MSC Voyagers Club members, membership validity has been extended from three to five years, allowing more time to advance through the tiers for greater benefits. This change means members need to cruise only once every five years to maintain their status.

Becoming a member of the MSC Voyagers Club is now simpler, with sign-up available to anyone, even without a cruise booking, granting immediate access to MSC Voyagers Selection departures and up to 20% discounts.

The MSC loyalty programme’s revamp further includes improved benefits for all loyalty levels, enhancing the overall experience for MSC Cruises passengers.
