Following her refit at the Damen shipyard in Brest, France, Aurora is ready for an exciting new chapter as a ship that caters exclusively for adults.
Still present are her much-loved features, such as the glass-domed Crystal Pool and the iconic 35ft sculpture in the atrium.
The children’s club area to the aft of deck 8 has been replaced with new accommodation. Twenty-three new cabins (six single cabins, five deluxe balcony cabins, four inside cabins, four obstructed sea view cabins and four cabins with sea views looking out over the aft deck) will provide even greater flexibility and choice. All existing cabins have been refreshed, too with new carpets, new TVs and updated bathrooms. Some cabins also have new desk chairs and sofas.
Elsewhere, wide-ranging interior design updates (from fresh colour schemes, new carpets and updated furniture to new lighting, vibrant textiles and artistic touches) give Aurora a bright and contemporary look fit for a new era of cruise experiences.
Suites and Mini-suites of all types have been upgraded to create your own little haven of luxury. P&O Cruises have upped the ante on relaxation at The Oasis Spa and Salon with an elegant and soothing refresh. The Glass House beckons with a blast of Mediterranean colour and a brand-new look. Dining and entertainment favourites (such as Anderson’s, Raffles Court, Charlie’s, Carmen’s and Masquerade) have also been revamped to bring out each venue’s distinctive character and charm.
P&O Cruises has announced details of its 2025 Food Hero sailings.
