Guests can look forward to an escape room on Arvia when she launches in December 2022, a feature that has never been seen before on a P&O Cruises ship.
Mission Control is billed as a multi-sensory escape room experience. Groups of up to 10 people will be able to embark the fictional Arvia II, a submarine equipped with various puzzles and challenges that guests will fight against the clock to complete.
The live-action adventure will follow a film-like plot. Guests will become members of the submarine’s crew, where they’ll help Dr. Ryan crack the code before graduating from Arvia’s Marine Research Institute.
There are two storylines to choose from, with one suitable for adults and the other designed to be a family-friendly experience. P&O Cruises promises anyone who takes part in Arvia’s escape room an experience that’s full of twists and turns, complete with motion simulation to really keep adventurers on their toes.
