Silversea has revealed details of the suites to feature on its brand new ship, Silver Nova, which is set to debut in summer 2023. The spacious accommodation ranges in size from 33 square metres to 123 square metres, with each of the 364 suites on board ensuring a considerable level of comfort and personal space.
An innovative approach to design is evident throughout Silver Nova. Asymmetrical, horizontal layouts maximise the available space, while enlarged floor-to-ceiling windows replace exterior walls in some of the suites. Each accommodation features a private balcony complete with glass balustrade, ensuring spectacular views of the ever-changing scenery surrounding the luxury ship.
Giacomo Mortola of GEM – Design for Cruise Ships explained: “It was important to maintain Silversea’s elegant, Italian DNA, with whispered luxury and a consistent brand vision. But with Silver Nova, we had the opportunity to create something that is truly pioneering in the industry.
“The crowning accomplishment is the Otium suite, complete with a jacuzzi on the balcony and 270-degree views, which is among the most luxurious suites at sea.”
Guests enjoying every suite on board Silver Nova will be able to benefit from premium experiences including the popular Otium wellness programme, pre-dinner aperitifs, complimentary in-suite dining and a butler service.
