The British Travel Awards: We Need Your Votes!

The British Travel Awards recognise businesses in the leisure travel and tourism sector and we’re proud to say that we have been nominated in not only one, but two categories this year!

We are in the running for Best Cruise Holiday Retailer and Best High Street Travel Agency – and we need your help. As the largest consumer-only voted travel awards in the UK, the winners of the British Travel Awards are solely determined by you, our customers.

Whilst we are delighted to have been nominated in these categories, we will need your votes to come out as the overall winners.

The team at Bolsover Cruise Club are extremely proud to have been nominated for these awards. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again, as without your continued support, this would not have been possible.

How to vote:

All you need to do is enter a few of your details using the form below, tick the boxes to confirm which categories you want to vote for then your responses will be registered – and that’s it!

Voting closes on 9 October and winners will be announced on 29 November at a ceremony in London, with the results published the following day in the Daily Mirror and Mirror Online.

  • I am now up to 13 cruises and have used Bolsover from the beginning as I was recommended them. I to have just recommend a friend to them, and he is thrilled with them. Bolsover are simply the best.

  • I have been with Bolsover Cruise club for many years and have always been delighted with their service unfortunately 6 years ago my husband suffered a heart failur whilst we were on a cruise, but he got better and our Doctor said no more cruises, but earlier this year the hospital discharged him from their care and said he was now under the care of our G P. My Daughter and her husband have never been on a cruise so we all decided to go on one next year, When I phoned Bolsover to book the lady that took our booking said "Oh hello Mrs Hooper we have not heard from you for a long time" so I explained what had happened and instantely she replied "Oh yes you were on Ventura " I was amazed that she remembered us and got exactely the right ship we were on, So I booked 2 cabins and she got us two next door to each other. I cannot recommend Bolsover enough I tell everyone who is thinking of going on a cruise to go with them you will not be disappointed.

  • When it seems customers are not happy with the delays in contacting their Agents Bolsover are a breath of fresh air. If you cannot get through they ask you to hang up and they will phone you back and they actually do. Always helpful and friendly. Thank you Bolsover, you are my winner every time.

  • Totally the best - always so helpful knowledgeable and on the ball - only downside - we lost our amazing Nina Sands as she got a very well deserved promotion but must say whenever I have had to contact Bolsover they are always so helpful. Always recommend you as a great company.
