What is P&O Cruises Pre-Registration & Why Should You Do It?

Whoever said ‘patience is a virtue’ clearly wasn’t referring to booking a cruise.

P&O Cruises have released their summer 2026 itineraries and fares. You can make sure you’re first in line by PRE-REGISTERING with Bolsover Cruise Club.

Here are all the dates you need to know for the P&O Cruises summer 2026 launch.

What is pre-registration?

But what is pre-registration and why is it so important to pre-register for the cruise of your choice in advance? Here’s how it works…

At Bolsover Cruise Club, we wanted to give our Cruise Club members a head start to book your preferred cabin and cruise itinerary by inviting you to register your interest beforehand. And that is how pre-registration came to be!

How to pre-register

Once the new itineraries and fares are released you will then be able to pre-register for your chosen cruise. There are two ways to do it:

Online Pre-registration
or;
Call us on 01246 819 819

It will be busy when pre-registration starts on 16 April, so filling in the online pre-registration form is going to be your easiest route to securing the cruise itinerary of your choice.

Then what happens?

Your Cruise Consultant will then call you back if we have not already spoken to you to go through all the itineraries and fares on offer. This will put you first in the queue when holidays go on sale the following week. We’ll ask you for a selection of preferred cabins too, plus things like dining choices, so nothing can stand in the way of us booking your perfect cruise the minute sales open.

As soon as the clock hits 8.30am on sale day, we will go ahead and book your cruise based on the information you have given us. Once complete, we’ll give you a call to confirm your booking and collect your deposit.

  • We were contacted by both Bolsover and P&O inviting us to preregister for the 40 night Caribbean cruise departing 20/2/22 on board Aurora. I contacted our friendly agent Leigh Doyle at Bolsover immediately explaining what we would like and how much we could afford. On the day the cruise was released Leigh rang in the afternoon giving us the good news
    She had been able to secure us a cabin in a great location within budget. I understand this cruise sold out in less than 24 hours, demonstrating the benefit of preregistration. Can’t praise Leigh and the Bolsover team enough.

  • We have pre-registered for December 2022 for a New Year Caribbean cruise on board Britannia. The whole process was effortless and simple. We just emailed our requirements and received a call from Chloe who was an absolute joy to deal with. She found us the perfect cruise and, fingers crossed, we can get the suite we have requested. Next year is a special year for us as my husband and I are celebrating our 50th birthdays and, we will also have a belated silver wedding anniversary as last years celebrations were shelved due to the pandemic.
