But how does it work?

Designing your cruise map is simple. All you need to do is input your ship name, start and end ports and dates of travel, and The Cruise Maps will do the rest. There’s even a host of personalisation options – such as the ability to add a title, and label any memorable events – to really make your map your own.

Then, the team will use Automatic Identification System (AIS) tracking to plot out the exact route of your cruise. Your map won’t just show where you were supposed to go, according to your itinerary – any diversion in your route will be reflected on your map. And with data spanning back to the start of 2015, you can even order your personalised print for a past cruise!
