Princess Cruises has become the latest operator to return one of its ships to service, as Caribbean Princess set sail from Fort Lauderdale. Heading for the tropical Caribbean, itineraries include the popular ports of Grand Cayman, St. Kitts and Cozumel.
Caribbean Princess will also stop at Princess Cays, the operator’s private island resort in the Bahamas, where guests can make use of air-conditioned cabanas, bar service and MedallionNet Wi-Fi.
Seven-day cruises can be combined to create 14-day Eastern and Western Adventurer voyages.
Princess Cruises President John Padgett said: “Caribbean Princess marks our eighth cruise ship to return to service and our teammates are thrilled to be serving our guests back on board,”
“This ship was our very first vessel to offer the innovative Princess MedallionClass Experience and features modernised venues and newly imagined spaces like The Reef Outdoor Splash Zone that offers a tremendous setting for the entire family.”
Caribbean Princess underwent a multi-million dollar refurbishment in May 2019. Onboard features include The Salty Dog Grill and Slice Pizzeria dining experiences, and entertainment venues such as Skywalkers Nightclub and the Princess Theater.
