A luxury ship like Crystal Symphony naturally offers luxurious accommodations. Our stay in the spacious and well-equipped Sapphire Ocean View suite was truly relaxing. The large bathroom, stocked with high-quality Ortigia products, added a touch of indulgence to our daily routine. Opting for room-service breakfast in our comfortable suite, with beautiful ocean views from the expansive picture window, made the morning even more special.
Butler Service
This leads us to our dedicated butler, who proved an integral part of our time on board Crystal Symphony. Jaison took care of everything we needed quickly and with a smile, which made our cruise experience feel very personalised.
He was always there to help us with anything throughout our three-night stay, which included setting up our room service breakfast and bringing us drinks to enjoy whilst we watched a film in our suite. His commitment to our comfort and thoughtful service stood out as one of the best parts of our trip.
Abundant Space
Crystal Symphony, though smaller, offers a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The layout provides ample personal space, akin to a private ocean retreat. We enjoyed exploring the ship’s features at our leisure, from reading in the library to relishing live music under the stars.

Crystal Symphony’s dining experience lived up to its hype! With eight dining spots, an ice cream bar, and 24-hour in-suite dining, the ship is a haven for food enthusiasts. Whether you crave seafood, steaks, vegan, or gluten-free options, the diverse choices cater to all. The open dining and variety of specialty restaurants enhance the personalised and flexible dining experience. The exceptional flavors, service, and ambiance make dining on the Crystal Symphony an unparalleled experience, offering some of the best food we’ve ever tasted on land or at sea.
UMI UMA
UMI UMA, the Nobu restaurant on Crystal Symphony, exceeded our dining expectations. Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s menu takes diners on a remarkable culinary journey, from delicate fish and sushi to Wagyu beef. The attention to detail and culinary artistry at UMI UMA make it a standout dining destination at sea. Each dish we tasted was a masterpiece, skillfully blending flavors, textures, and presentation for a memorable experience that elevated our time on Crystal Symphony.
Palm Court
We savored afternoon tea at Palm Court, bathed in natural light from expansive windows. The tea featured a delightful assortment of teas, cakes, and pastries, with the standout being the perfectly crafted apple strudel. The pleasant piano music in the background enhanced our overall experience.
Diverse Entertainment Options
Crystal Symphony offers diverse entertainment options to cater to every preference. From cosy spots like Avenue Saloon to the lively Galaxy Show Lounge, each night brought a new experience. Whether seeking a serene evening or vibrant nightlife, the ship has something for everyone. Daytime activities included informative talks and dance lessons to keep us engaged. For relaxation, the Crystal Aurora Spa offered a tranquil retreat to reflect on our remarkable experience aboard Crystal Symphony.
