Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is offering a 20-night cultural exploration of the Adriatic and Mediterranean as part of the upcoming 2024-25 season.

Borealis will set sail for the region on 30 May 2024, where she will visit the Roman sites of Cartagena, the natural wonder of Krka National Park in Croatia and sample the culinary delicacies of Lisbon. The voyage will go on sale on 10 February 2023 and, to mark the launch, guests can choose from either a free door-to-door transfer of up to 250 UK mainland miles or a free £250 onboard spend.

Martin Lister, Head of Itinerary Planning and Destination Experience at Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines explained how this is just one of the team’s handcrafted itineraries.

He continued: “This cruise combines the cultural, historical and truly incredible landscapes that this area has to offer, with guests having the chance to visit the beautiful sun-kissed coastlines of Croatia including stops in Dubrovnik and Split, enjoy the bustling city of Lisbon and the island of Malta.

“We’re incredibly excited to be revealing our full range of brand-new itineraries shortly and can’t wait to see our guests embark on these exciting voyages in the not-too-far future.”

The Cultural Adriatic Discovery cruise on board Borealis is due to depart Southampton on 23 May 2024. The voyage will then visit Gibraltar, Valletta, Dubrovnik. Split, Kotor, La Goulette, Cartagena and Lisbon before returning to Southampton.
