Marella themed cruises are back on the agenda for 2025 and 2026, as the cruise line reveals two options for music fans.
Marella will revive its popular ‘Electric Sunsets 90s vs 00s cruise’ in November 2025. It is also introducing a new theme with ‘Country Rhythms’, its inaugural country music cruise set for February 2026. Both Marella themed cruises go on sale today (14 November).
Confirmed acts on the Electric Sunsets cruise include the Irish pop group B*Witched and R’n’B group The Honeyz. DJ SASH! is also set to appear alongside the Ibiza in Symphony, featuring a 10-piece orchestra. More performers are expected to be announced in the following year.
This adult-only, three-night Marella themed cruise will take place aboard the Marella Voyager from Saturday, 1 November to Tuesday, 4 November 2025. The journey starts in Palma, with stops in Valencia and Cartagena, before concluding in Malaga, Spain.
Marella Cruises is set to launch ‘Country Rhythms,’ its newest themed voyage, in February 2026. This will mark the cruise line’s first foray into country music-inspired adventures at sea aboard Marella Explorer 2. The main act will be The Dolly Show, the UK’s top Dolly Parton tribute act. More exciting details about the lineup will be announced in the upcoming year.
There will be two departures, the first setting sail from Malaga on Thursday, 5 February, and concluding on Monday, 9 February 2026, after visiting Gibraltar, Arrecife in Lanzarote, and Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The second option is a five-night Marella themed cruise, which departs on the same date but finishes on Tuesday, 10 February 2026. This cruise not only includes the ports mentioned above, but also a final stop in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
