Viking has unveiled its new World Cruise itineraries for 2026-2027, featuring the Viking World Voyage III, a remarkable 170-day global expedition. This voyage will explore 41 countries and offer 82 guided excursions, including overnight stays in 18 cities. Embarking in Fort Lauderdale on 22 December 2026, aboard the 930-guest Viking Sky, the journey will traverse six continents before concluding in Stockholm on 10 June 2027.
Guests will experience extended visits in renowned ports such as Sydney, Zanzibar, Cape Town, and Casablanca. The itinerary also encompasses visits to Africa’s western shores, calling at Lagos in Nigeria, along with Accra and Takoradi in Ghana. Viking enhances the voyage with onboard cultural enrichment, including lectures and entertainment. This includes the Viking Resident Historian programme, delivering an in-depth historical and cultural education tailored to the destinations visited. Travellers will have the chance to engage deeply with the diverse cultures of the world through inclusive excursions that reveal the essence of daily life and Privileged Access tours of cultural institutions.
